How do I add a payment method?
You can add a payment method by going to the API Console. To add new billing information, go to the “Billing” tab on the left sidebar and click on “Add payment method.”

How do I purchase API credits?
API credits are available for purchase on a pay-as-you-go basis. To add credits, go to the API Console and click “Buy more credits.” You can also enable “Automatic Top Up” to automatically replenish your balance when it drops below $2.
Note: API Credits are separate from Computer Credits.
I purchased too many credits, can I get a refund?
Refunds can be processed if you report the issue within 14 days of the purchase date and if the credits have not been used. Used credits are non-refundable.
Is Perplexity Pro required for API usage?
No, a Perplexity subscription is not required to purchase API credits or use the API. API access is available to all users as a separate service.
